The church leaders and members had fun during the Christmas dinner I organized in my flat. Don’t look now, but I actually prepared lasagna, baked potatoes, adobo, risotto, macaroni salad, and yes, even apple crumble! Praise God, my cooking skills are improving slowly but surely.
